About Me - Advocate Bharath Kumar

I Advocate R. Bharath Kumar, a qualified Advocate and Company Secretary by profession and a teacher by passion. With over a decade of corporate experience and a deep commitment to education, I strive to empower the next generation of finance and legal professionals.

Corporate Pedigree, My teaching is grounded in real-world application. I bring 12 years of corporate experience in Finance, Accounting, and Corporate Compliances to the classroom. This includes a 5-year tenure as an Associate Financial Controller at Maersk Financial Services. Additionally, I am a qualified Independent Director under the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, ensuring my knowledge of governance is always current.

Academic Impact, As the Managing Partner of Shree Rajamathangi Academy and an Adjunct Faculty at Shiv Nadar University, I have dedicated my career to simplifying complex concepts in CA, CS, and CMA courses. My association extends to prestigious institutions, serving as a regular faculty member for ICAI (SIRC) and ICSI (SIRC), and as a visiting faculty for the Comptroller and Auditor General (C&AG) in Chennai and Mumbai.
